Work it! with ActionAid

As the UK festival season kicks off around the country, Bollocks to Poverty, the youth arm of anti-poverty charity ActionAid, is urging motivated young people to get involved in spreading the Bollocks to Poverty message backstage at the Reading Festival 2010.

Through the Work it! competition, one lucky winner can live the dream of being an intrepid backstage reporter interviewing bands like Guns n’ Roses, Arcade Fire, LCDSoundsystem and Klaxons. You'll also need to be passionate and articulate about spreading the anti-hunger word- because it will also be your job to get the musicians you interview on board with the campaign.

The ideal candidate will be brimming with confidence and totally comfortable about approaching famous people. Applicants are invited to enter the competition by making a video of themselves – showing just how gutsy and up for it they are.

The winner will need to be available to be part of the Bollocks to Poverty team during the Reading Festival 2010 during August 27th, 28th, 29th.
