The Big Chill Festival is delighted to confirm that the brilliant Texan postrock band Explosions in the Sky have been added to this year’s Big Chill Festival accompanied by Newton Faulkner and Morcheeba.

Explosions In The Sky head to The Big Chill, with their instrumental, elaborately developed post-rock guitar sounds, narratively styled instrumentals and cathartic mini-symphonies for what is sure to be an emotionally charged performance on the Deer Park Stage.

The Brit nominated guitar virtuoso Newton Faulkner loves performing live, whether in clubs, caves, theatres, festivals and even hot air balloons, so we’re delighted to announce that this have-guitar-will-travel troubadour will be coming to The Big Chill this year!

15 years since they first sketched out the blueprint for trip-hop with their debut ‘Who Can You Trust?’, Morcheeba are back, reunited with singer Skye Edwards and heading to Eastnor with their downtempo psychedelic sounds!
